This is a 2-year full time Clinical based Masters programme offered in four semesters. The Programme prepares Paediatric Critical Care Nurses for multiple leadership roles in the nursing profession. The graduates of this programme will deliver comprehensive care and advice to critically ill children and their families, as well as work across complex medical environments that demand rapid, sophisticated and challenging decisions. Students are required to complete a research dissertation. Students may graduate with a Post- graduate Diploma in Paediatric Critical Care Nursing after successfully completing all the coursework BUT do not submit a dissertation or obtain a failing grade for the dissertation.

Fees for the Programme
Successful applicants will be required to pay MWK3,751,530 for Malawian nationals and USD equivalent of MWK3,751,530 for SADC students payable in two instalments. International students from countries outside the SADC region will pay . Half of the fees must be paid during registration at the beginning of the first semester.
