Overview
1. Minimum Requirements
a. Six credits at MSCE or its equivalent including English plus a
minimum of 3 points in Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry
or General Science. Candidates will join in foundation year (year zero).
(For IGSCE any grade about C is not considered a credit and 3 is
equivalent to B)
b. A-level candidates must have at least 3 passes with a minimum grade
of C in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics. Candidates will
join in Year 1
2. Program Duration;
5Years plus the Foundation Year.
3. Annual Tuition Fees
a. Malawian and SADC applicants $5,722.50
b. Non SADC Applicants $8,722.50
4. Application procedure;
Applications must be completed via our online admission platform
https://admissions.kuhes.ac.mw . Duly completed application forms
together with proof of payment of a non-refundable application fee of
K12, 000.00 for Malawian candidates and U$25 for international
applicants should be sent to the same address. Applicants should
attach a deposit slip as proof of payment of an appropriate
application fee.
5. APPLICATION PACKAGE
A complete application package Must include the following:
a. A completed application form
b. Copies of all relevant Certificates/academic transcripts which have
been indicated on the application form. (Copies of the above
documents must be duly certified as true copies of the originals
by a recognized Commissioner of Oaths i.e. District
Commissioner/Lawyer/Issuing Institution)
c. Copy of ID or Passport to confirm nationality
d. Copy of bank deposit slip showing the name of the applicant and the
amount of application fee paid.

Payment Information
Payment Schedule: Fees are payable in two instalments. Half of the total fees must be paid during registration at the beginning of the first semester.
