The two-year program aims at creating a cohort of master’s credentialed graduates who will become leaders and researchers in the field of immunology. MSc in Immunology programme will enrol holders of MBBS, biomedical sciences and health sciences related degrees. The program will train Immunologists who will be equipped with knowledge, skills and expertise required for essential immunology, immunology methods and immunological interventions and graduate will help to improve the provision of immunology expertise in Malawi and other countries. The program will also equip learners with self-directed research skills that will enable them to conduct independent research in the field of immunology, immunotherapy and vaccines. The program will be offered on a block release basis comprising taught modules delivered face to face and online during the first 12 months. Fees for the Programme
Successful applicants will be required to pay the Malawi Kwacha equivalent of USD3,300 for Malawian nationals and USD6,000 for SADC students payable in two instalments. International students from countries outside the SADC region will pay USD8,000 . Half of the fees must be paid during registration at the beginning of the first semester.
